As enchanting as the city that inspired it, City Tan Vegas builds upon a deep, hickory brown with a potion made from the subtle pairing of darker plum undertones and lighter violet highlights. When the solution feels as smooth as cashmere on your skin, you’ll know it’s Aviva, but when you witness the spell cast upon anyone who looks at you, you’ll swear it’s magic. Cancellation Policy
The Organic Glow has a Booking Policy designed to protect not only our business' bottom line and in turn, our affordability, but also to keep things fair for all clients. No shows and last minute cancellations enormously disadvantage our business. They also mean that other clients cannot book those time slots with us. 50% deposit required for all group tanning sessions and is non-refundable if spaces are not cancelled within 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. For cancellations, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. Clients cancelling within less than 24 hours of their scheduled appointment will be required to pay 50% of the service in order to continue booking at The Organic Glow. Please see “Groups and Tanning Parties” below for more information on our cancellation policy for groups. If you cancel within 4 hours of your scheduled appointment you will be required to pay for the service IN FULL in order to re-book with The Organic Glow. Please note that cancellations can only be done via text or by speaking to your technician. We DO NOT accept cancellations by email. There are absolutely no exceptions to this new policy. No matter how good a client is, no matter how long they’ve been with us and no matter how small the appointment booking is. One rule. For all clients. No exceptions. What we will allow however is that they are more than welcome to offer their appointment to a friend, associate or family member if they cannot make their appointment to avoid any fees. No Shows If our technician has already reached the venue and you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be subject to pay the FULL AMOUNT of the service. You will be also be required to have a credit card on file to secure any future bookings. Clients who do not show more than once will be required to pay in full before any future appointments. Payment Policies We have a no refund policy on spray tan services completed. We must be notified within 24 hours of any problems or concerns. We offer complimentary fixes within 24 hours of the spray tan completion pending management approval and availability. If you're unavailable for a spray tan fix within the first 24 hours, we must be notified of your concerns within that first 24 hours.
